
The Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) has opened registration for the 2026 General Aptitude Test (Paper & Pencil). Check the latest available seats updated on the website.https://job3.ocsc.go.th
The OCSC is accepting applications for the 2026 General Aptitude Test (Paper & Pencil) for those who have graduated or will graduate in 2026 at vocational certificate (ปวช.), vocational diploma (ปวท.), associate degree, higher vocational certificate (ปวส.), bachelor's, or master's degree levels. There are 14 test centers with a total of 450,000 exam seats available.
Registration opens from 14 January 2026 at 08:30 until all seats are filled. If seats remain unfilled, registration will close on 3 February 2026 (including public holidays).
Candidates who have already registered for the 2026 General Aptitude Test electronically (e-Exam) can also register for other test formats in 2026. Details are as follows.
1. Visit the website.https://job3.ocsc.go.thSelect the topic "General Aptitude Test 2026 (Paper & Pencil)".
2. Choose the "Register" menu on the left, fill in personal information, and select the desired test center. (If the ID number entered does not match the national ID card, the candidate will not be allowed to take the exam.)
3. Upload a recent, clear, frontal photo with a plain background in .JPG format, at least 40KB in size. The photo must be suitable for job applications and accurately represent the candidate.
4. Pay the exam fee using one of the following four methods:

7. Print the exam admission card once the OCSC announces the exam date, time, location, and regulations. Candidates can print the card from 28 May 2026 until the exam day. The card must be presented at the exam along with the required identification.
* If the desired test center is fully booked, candidates can check seat availability the next day by visiting the website at 08:00 to view seats freed by unpaid registrations.
Registration opens daily at 08:30 until all seats across all centers are filled or registration closes.
* Before confirming registration, please verify all information carefully. Once confirmed, changes or corrections are not allowed.
* The selected test center will be reserved until payment is made, no later than 22:00 the day after confirming registration. If payment is not completed by then, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
One business day after paying the exam fee, candidates should:

2. Click on the "Check Registration Status" menu.
3. Enter your national ID number and the characters shown on the screen, then click "Search."
4. Your name, test center, and status will appear. A checkmark indicates completed steps, while an X indicates incomplete steps. Registration is complete only when all steps show a checkmark.
5. If no registration data is found, verify your ID number or try the "Check Registration Status" menu again.
The OCSC has opened 14 test centers for the 2026 General Aptitude Test (Paper & Pencil) with a total of 450,000 seats as follows.
1. Bangkok and Nonthaburi – 78,000 seats.
2. Nakhon Pathom – 24,000 seats.
3. Pathum Thani – 26,000 seats.
4. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya – 25,000 seats.
5. Ratchaburi – 24,000 seats.
6. Chonburi – 30,000 seats.
7. Chiang Mai – 33,000 seats.
8. Phitsanulok – 30,000 seats.
9. Nakhon Ratchasima – 30,000 seats.
10. Udon Thani – 25,000 seats.
11. Ubon Ratchathani – 30,000 seats.
12. Khon Kaen – 32,000 seats.
13. Surat Thani – 28,000 seats.
14. Songkhla – 35,000 seats.
