Following unrest in the Thai-Cambodian border provinces, a Joint Statement was signed to ceasefire on 27 Dec 2025, which ended at 12:00 on 30 Dec 2025.
Subsequently, the Central Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Command (CDPMC) convened to monitor the situation and impacts in the border provinces along the Thai-Cambodian frontier, coordinating with regional disaster prevention centers responsible for border provinces including Centers 3 (Prachinburi), 5 (Nakhon Ratchasima), 6 (Khon Kaen), 7 (Sakon Nakhon), 13 (Ubon Ratchathani), and 17 (Chanthaburi), plus provincial disaster prevention offices in Ubon Ratchathani, Sisaket, Surin, Buriram, Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi, and Trat. They emphasized relief measures per the Cabinet resolution on 23 Dec 2025, covering deaths, injuries, and evacuation cases.

Eligible recipients must be permanent residents within the designated aid zones, have certification from local administrative organizations, and be verified by the G.Ch.P.A. and G.Ch.P.J. committees.

1. Submit an application online through the relief system for victims affected by actions of foreign forces (http://relief68plus.disaster.go.th) then click the yellow tab and fill out the form.
2. Submit applications in person at local administrative organizations.
