Reporters say that Jiratitikarn Nopthai, known as Nong Noey, aged 32, a big-bike rider and Good Samaritan who helped victims of the 2020 Korat shooting, was herself seriously wounded by gunfire and underwent multiple surgeries. She has now died in a road accident. A memorial service is being held at Nong Ja Bok Temple in Mueang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, with a cremation ceremony scheduled for 17:00 on 21 January 2026 GMT+7.
