The scene is a seven-story parking garage. On the 2nd floor, a gray Toyota Corolla Cross with Bangkok license plates was found crashed through the concrete wall, hanging on the edge of the parking garage, causing great alarm to onlookers.
The driver was able to safely open the car door and exit without any injuries or fatalities.
