• Later, the lawyer contacted the woman in a manner resembling courtship or flirting, leading to a scheduled meeting at a shopping mall in the Rama 3 area.
  
  
• On the meeting day, the lawyer had to record a program in the Kaset–Nawamin area and invited the woman to ride along, intending to drop her off near Crystal Park by the expressway. During the trip, he stopped at a restaurant near the expressway to have a meal.
  
  
• The woman stated that while in the car, the lawyer behaved in a way that made her feel unsafe, including touching her private areas. Later, after returning to the car, he attempted to kiss her, used inappropriate language, and showed jealous behavior, causing her fear and discomfort.
