This sparked widespread criticism. Later, "Lawyer Kaew," Dr. Monchai Jongkairatnakul, posted on Facebook admitting fault and expressing regret over the incident, apologizing to all parties but declined to disclose details. He stated that he would clarify through appropriate channels to ensure fairness and transparency while respecting everyone's rights. The girl's father affirmed his determination to fight for his daughter and denied seeking money, as previously reported.
Recently, Mr. Akkaradej Yothajan, known as "Benz Apache," whose name was listed among those aware of the matter, posted on his Facebook page stating, "Actually, I have kept this matter to myself for months and told no one, but since my name is now in the news, I want to clarify once."
