He declined to reveal details but said he would clarify through appropriate channels to ensure fairness, transparency, and respect for everyone's rights, as previously reported.
Most recently, at 10:00 a.m. on 23 Jan 2026, at Methavalai Residence Hotel, Dr. Monchai Jongkairatnakul, also known as Lawyer Kaew, held a press conference to apologize for the incident.
He admitted that he did indeed have a meal with the victim and said he did not know which evil spirit possessed him to cause him to hug, kiss, and embrace the victim. Regarding this incident, he expressed regret for his inappropriate, thoughtless behavior and disappointment in himself.
