He is a young entrepreneur who has grown rapidly and is known for his investments in the cryptocurrency market and bitcoin mining.
Thanathai leads a lifestyle that includes driving luxury cars, traveling abroad, and has also been involved in investments in film production and running a music label.
In 2022, Thanathai made headlines as the winner of an auction for the license plate number “9กก 9999” at a price of 45,090,000 baht, marking a historic auction. Later, a popular social media page called for an investigation because Thanathai had previously been arrested in an online gambling and money laundering case on 13 Oct 2020. Police later clarified that although the Phaya Thai Police Station investigators recommended prosecution, the public prosecutor decided not to press charges. The Royal Thai Police disagreed, but in the end, the Supreme Prosecutor ruled not to prosecute, thus closing the criminal case.
