Social Security Office Documents Reveal 35-Million-Baht Suit Contract Awarded to Same Vendor Printing 2024 Calendar

Documents from the Social Security Office reveal the winner of a 35-million-baht tailored suit contract awarded by direct appointment. The recipient is the same vendor that secured the contract to print the "Social Security Calendar" for 2024.

The Social Security Office (SSO) clarified the controversy over a 35-million-baht budget to tailor suits for 7,000 Social Security employees. Public concern arose about the source of funds, with the SSO explaining the budget comes from three sources and not solely from insured persons' contributions, asserting that procedures were properly followed, as previously reported.Social Security Office clarifies that the 35-million-baht suit budget does not come entirely from insured persons' contributions.)
