Governor Chatchat held a very simple ceremony to open the new Prannok–Phutthamonthon Sai 4 Road, completing it in just 3 seconds with the shout, “Just open it, here we go... open.”
On 30 January 2026, reporters noted that the event became widely discussed on social media after the Facebook page Chatchat Sitthiphan live-streamed the atmosphere of the opening ceremony for the new Prannok–Phutthamonthon Sai 4 Road in the Thawi Watthana district of Bangkok. Governor Chatchat Sitthiphan participated in the event along with relevant officials.

During the opening ceremony, Governor Chatchat briefly said, “Just open it, here we go... open.” (shouting) before concluding and completing the ceremony, then allowing traffic to begin using the road.
The Prannok–Phutthamonthon Sai 4 Road section between Phutthamonthon Sai 2 and 3 helps reduce traffic congestion on the west side and improves travel efficiency.
