The Social Security Office has launched the application called 'sso plus' to facilitate insured persons. It may take some time to fully load data to 100%.
On 1 Feb 2026, the Facebook pageSocial Security Office, Ministry of Labour - Social Security Officeposted that "The Social Security Office is ready to launch the 'sso plus' application service on 1 February 2026 to provide insured persons with quick access to contribution and benefit information, and 24-hour service availability."
Since the 'sso plus' service opened at 9:00 a.m., over 67,000 users have accessed it, averaging 1,700 users per minute.
The office is managing the system to accommodate users sequentially, ensuring all insured persons can access the service, while continuously monitoring to improve efficiency.
Regarding the data displayed on each insured person's app, results will appear gradually; data loading may take some time to reach 100% completeness depending on the app's workload."
