Looking back to the time of the parliament's dissolution, Anutin explained that the project 'Khon La Khrueng Plus Phase 2' was halted because the Royal Decree on the Dissolution of the House of Representatives B.E. 2568 (2025) took effect on 12 December 2025, preventing the use of the central budget for the project. To proceed with the project, 'Khon La Khrueng Plus Phase 2' the government status must return to normal first.

Conditions for 'Khon La Khrueng Plus Phase 2' revealed

However, reviewing the conditions for the 'Khon La Khrueng Plus Phase 2' program, it is limited to 10 million beneficiaries, each receiving 2,000 baht. The beneficiaries are divided into two groups as follows:

  • One group includes those who have never participated and people living in flood-affected areas and provinces with border conflicts along Cambodia, totaling 5 million rights.
  • For those who have previously participated in the 'Khon La Khrueng Plus' program, there are also 5 million rights.

It is expected that the 10 million beneficiaries will receive 2,000 baht in total assistance throughout the project.

Spending is allowed at participating stores from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. via G-Wallet in the 'Pao Tang' app, without the requirement to use the full 200 baht daily limit.

Meanwhile, social media shows many people waiting for the 'Khon La Khrueng Phase 2' program, which was halted due to the parliament dissolution, wondering if it will come as promised and expecting it soon after the government is established.
