It caused a sensation on social media when Bang Mad Khlong Tan or Mr. Wanchai Ma-in, a former prisoner convicted of a serious crime, accompanied a beautiful woman and beauty pageant titleholder, Ton Khao Pandita, former Miss Grand Singburi 2025, aged 24, to a wedding ceremony at Banjongburi Hotel, Surat Thani, on 20 Feb, amid the joy of family, close friends, and acquaintances.
One highlight of the event was the bride opening up about why she agreed to marry and live with Bang Mad, which is expected to spark much public discussion afterward.
According to Ton Khao, she chose Bang Mad as her life partner because, despite his past family and life experiences, her heart had to be very strong. She was impressed by his care and attentiveness—he treated her like a precious gem, not a pebble to be trampled on. Additionally, Bang Mad taught her how to work and be self-sufficient, as she could not just rely on him for money. Importantly, Bang Mad's two daughters are good friends who never made her feel like an outsider in their lives.
Ton Khao also thanked Bang Mad for choosing her as his bride at age 24, saying she did not think marrying young was premature because she had graduated and fulfilled her dream of becoming Miss Grand Singburi 2025.

He added, "It's been over 10 years; you let it go. I focus only on the present where you are good to me, and you have only me. You never made me hide or live under anyone's shadow.
