How to register and update the app "Paotang" to the latest version, along with identity verification steps, awaiting registration for "Khon La Khrueng Plus Phase 2" benefits of up to 2,000 and 2,400 baht.
An update on the progress of the "Khon La Khrueng Plus" project, a flagship policy of the Bhumjaithai Party, after Mr. Akniti Nitithanprapas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, revealed following the election that during the interim period before the formal government formation, the current government can continue working.
As the head of the economic team, he has directed government agencies and state enterprises to expedite the disbursement of the 2026 budget, instructed the Board of Investment (BOI) to accelerate investments in 80 approved projects totaling 480 billion baht, and to monitor previously approved government projects such as debt closure measures and credit bureau support for SMEs to maintain economic liquidity and support the 2026 economy.
Additionally, preparations have been made to introduce short-term economic stimulus measures, including "Khon La Khrueng Plus" which requires system readiness to implement once the official government is formed, enabling immediate action. The original principles remain: 2,000 baht for those outside the tax system and 2,400 baht for those within it. Consideration will be given to whether to distribute funds simultaneously or prioritize those missed in the first round, as well as the Thailand Individual Savings Account (TISA) to encourage savings.
