Free Expressway on 3 March 2026 Makha Bucha Day Exempting Toll Fees on 3 Routes

3 March 2026 GMT+7 "Makha Bucha Day" The Expressway Authority of Thailand offers free access on a total of three expressways covering 63 toll booths.

FacebookExpressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT)The Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT), Ministry of Transport, posted that toll fees will be waived on three expressways as follows.

• Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway with 21 toll booths.
• Si Rat Expressway with 32 toll booths.
• Udon Ratthaya Expressway with 10 toll booths.

On Tuesday, 3 March 2026 (Makha Bucha Day), from 00:01 to 24:00 for one day, which is a public holiday as declared by the Prime Minister's Office. This follows the government and Ministry of Transport policy outlined in the revised concession agreement among EXAT, Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM), and Bangkok Northern Expressway Company Limited (NECL) to help reduce the public's expenses.
