Applications for Grade 10 Entrance at Triam Udom Suksa School Reach 13,895, Highest in 18 Years

Students applying for Grade 10 entrance at Triam Udom Suksa School have reached a new high of 13,895 applicants, the highest in 18 years.

On 2 Mar 2026, the Facebook pageTriamudom Family, the Triam Udom Suksa Parents and Teachers Association,posted a message titled "NEW HIGH: #TU89 Grade 10 Entrance Applications for Triam Udom 2026" stating, "New high breaking a 17-year record with 13,895 applicants compared to last year's 13,361. This is the highest number in 18 years. Updated applicant numbers as of 26 Feb 2026 are as follows:

• Science-Math: 10,220 applicants (last year 9,644)
• Language-Math: 1,245 applicants (last year 1,226)
• Language-Chinese: 668 applicants (last year 728)
• Language-Japanese: 466 applicants (last year 527)
• Language-French: 431 applicants (last year 422)
• Language-German: 387 applicants (last year 328)
• Language-Korean: 250 applicants (last year 222)
• Language-Spanish: 228 applicants (last year 224)

The total applications for this year stand at 13,895, with 5 days left until the actual exam day on Saturday, 7 Mar 2026, at the Muang Thong Thani exam venue."
