In 2026, Sahathai (Phetchaburi) will reach the end of its lease agreement with the Phetchaburi Municipality. Therefore, it will cease operations on 10 May 2026, with the final service day on 9 May. To show appreciation to the people of Phetchaburi and nearby provinces, Sahathai will hold clearance sales and offer special quality products and many promotions starting 25 February 2026.

The Sahathai group also operates branches in Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat provinces.
