Global crude oil prices continue to surge

Meanwhile, global crude oil prices continue to rise following the third week of conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran, with no signs of resolution. This has caused Brent crude oil reference prices to increase by 2.9% to approximately 106.12 dollars per barrel, the highest level since July 2022. Meanwhile, U.S. West Texas crude rose 2.6% to about 101.53 dollars per barrel.
