Siriraj Hospital Announces Adjustment to Medication and Medical Supply Dispensing: Outpatients Limited to One Month Supply per Visit

Siriraj Hospital announces an adjustment to the dispensing of medications and medical supplies for all outpatients, allowing medication supply of no more than one month per visit

On 19 Mar 2026 GMT+7, the Facebook pageSiriraj Hospitalposted the message "Siriraj Hospital adjusts dispensing of medication and medical supplies for all outpatients to a maximum of one month per visit." It stated that due to the current unrest in the Middle East, Siriraj Hospital deems it necessary to prepare and manage medication and medical supplies appropriately and sufficiently for patients.

Therefore, it is set that medication and medical supplies for all outpatients will be dispensed for no more than one month at a time. Patients with refill appointments can receive the remaining medication either by mail or by picking it up at Siriraj Hospital, starting from 18 Mar 2026 GMT+7.

This measure is purely a preventive step to prepare for future situations. At present, Siriraj Hospital has sufficient medication and medical supplies without shortages. Patients can continue to receive services and medications as usual until the situation changes.
