The committee conducted a comprehensive fact-check and set guidelines to ensure fairness for all A-Level 2026 candidates, detailed as follows.

1. Subject 81 Thai Language

  • In cases of incomplete questions: It was found that set 1 question 26 and set 2 question 24 lacked accompanying text for the question. Therefore, it was resolved that all candidates receive full points for these questions.

2. Subject 88 Pali Language

  • In cases with more than one correct answer: It was found that set 1 question 5 and set 2 question 4 had two correct answers to cover references from the dictionary and the grammar of the Supreme Patriarch. Thus, it was resolved that all candidates receive points for both correct answers.

3. Subject 89 Spanish Language

  • In cases with more than one correct answer: It was found that question 39 in sets 1 and 2 had two correct answers to encompass varied interpretations. Hence, it was resolved that all candidates receive points for both correct answers.

4. Subject 63 General Science

  • In cases of repeated exam content: An inspection found four questions out of 30 that matched content from the 2025 exams. Therefore, it was resolved that all candidates receive points for these four questions.

5. Subject 64 Physics

  • Regarding question order issues: It was found that set 2 had questions 17 and 18 arranged differently. Thus, it was resolved that both answers for questions 17 and 18 in set 2 are accepted. For set 1, scoring proceeds as per the original criteria.
  • Regarding exam content exceeding the syllabus: It was found that set 1 question 28 and set 2 question 27 on alternating electric current calculations contained material not aligned with the prescribed exam scope. Therefore, it was resolved that all candidates receive points for these questions.
  • In cases with multiple correct answers: It was found that set 1 question 29 and set 2 question 28 each had three correct answers to cover significant figure considerations. Thus, it was resolved that all candidates receive points for all three answers.
