She attended Pathumwan Demonstration School for lower secondary education, then studied at Triam Udom Suksa School for upper secondary, before earning a bachelor's degree in English from the Faculty of Arts at Chulalongkorn University.

Her career began in foreign affairs, mass media, and corporate communications. She was a TV host for Voice TV programs such as Diva’s Cafe and Cozy Living before those shows ended. Additionally, she has worked as an English teacher and trainer in personality development and marketing.

Regarding her political activism, “Bow Nuttaa” started participating in activities after being invited by lawyer Anon Nampa to organize fundraising events for political prisoners on Khao San Road. She then campaigned for the rights of activist Pai Dao Din, leading to her being recognized as a leader among the MBK39 group, organizing protests calling for elections and earning the nickname “Bow, the election advocate.”
