Farewell to Phoenix, the Postal Dog from Ninja And The Gang Page

Heartbreaking news: Phoenix, the postal dog from the "Ninja And The Gang" page, aged 6 years and 9 months, has passed away. The owner described a rapid decline in health, saying Phoenix likely went into shock and passed peacefully.

On 1 April 2026, the Facebook page"Ninja And The Gang"posted a sad message stating "On 1 April 2026, Phoenix left his mother and fell asleep forever. There is no more postal dog, no more vegetable and fruit bear, the big brown bear of mother and father.

Phoenix began vomiting digestive fluids Monday evening before dinner but ate normally and had normal bowel movements. On Tuesday, he vomited the food he had eaten the night before but still drank water. So, we let his stomach rest and gave him papaya, which he ate only a little. Then we let his stomach rest again. In the evening, we gave him food, but when he went outside and returned, he didn’t eat. We watched his condition overnight and planned to have the vet come in the morning to draw blood for tests. Around 5 a.m., his condition worsened rapidly; he likely went into shock and passed away peacefully. Mother and father were shocked and unprepared, as mother had thought it was nothing serious since he had no prior illnesses. After consulting the vet about his symptoms, it’s likely Phoenix had a stomach problem, possibly inflammation or a gastric torsion common in large deep-chested dogs because the onset was sudden.

Mother apologizes to you, child, for not being able to save you. Mother is sorry for not taking better care of you. I am truly heartbroken. Go to a better place, child. Go to Dog Star and send my regards to P’Loki and P’Tora. Someday, we will meet again, my dear.

No more little dog lying under mother’s desk, no more dog stealing sweet potatoes from mother, no more dog who loved eating vegetables, fruits, and the baked chicken mother fed him.

Phoenix was 6 years and 9 months old when he passed away. Mother is sorry.”

After the post was shared, many fans and followers of Phoenix and the family "Ninja And The Gang" expressed their condolences in large numbers.

Previously, Phoenix was featured in social media when someone shared the charm of the four-legged gang from the "Ninja And The Gang" household playing and greeting the postal worker who delivered letters and parcels to their home. Anyone who saw the clip couldn’t help but be charmed, as despite being a large dog, Phoenix had the sweet demeanor of a small puppy.
