Free Expressway Use on 6 April 2026 Annual Public Holiday Toll Waiver on Three Expressway Routes

6 April 2026 GMT+7 "Expressway Authority of Thailand" announces free expressway use on three routes covering 63 toll booths in observance of "Chakri Day"

FacebookExpressway Authority of Thailand EXATposted that the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT), under the Ministry of Transport, declared a toll waiver on three expressways on Monday, 6 April 2026 (Chakri Day), from 00:01 to 24:00, covering the following routes.

• Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway (Stage 1) with 21 toll booths.
• Si Rat Expressway (Stage 2) with 32 toll booths.
• Udon Ratthaya Expressway (Bang Pa-in to Pak Kret) with 10 toll booths.

This toll waiver complies with policies set by the government and the Ministry of Transport, as outlined in the revised concession agreements among EXAT, Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM), and North Bangkok Expressway Company Limited (NECL). It aims to facilitate public travel during the holiday, reduce expenses for citizens, and help alleviate traffic congestion at toll booths.
