Metropolitan Waterworks Authority Announces Water Service Interruptions on 10 April 2026: Check Affected Areas

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) announces areas with no or weak water supply on 10 April 2026 in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan. Check which areas will be affected.

On 9 April 2026, the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) announced water outages and low water pressure in certain areas on 10 April 2026 due to maintenance of water pipes, pipe connection cuts, pressure adjustments, and temporary shutdowns for maintenance of pumping stations and water treatment plants.

Announcement of water outages on 10 April 2026 by operation points (Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan).

1. Pratunam Intersection, Phetchaburi Road at Rajaprarop Intersection.

• From 20:00 on 9 April 2026 to 03:00 on 10 April 2026, conducting Step Test, pipe size: 300 AC.
• Affected areas: Phetchaburi Road at Rajaprarop Road, Soi Rajaprarop 1, Soi Phetchaburi 15, 17.

2. Central Embassy, Witthayu Road.

• From 21:00 on 9 April 2026 to 05:00 on 10 April 2026, installing water meters, pipe size: 300 PVC.
• Affected areas: Phloen Chit Road from Chidlom Intersection to Phloen Chit Intersection, Witthayu Road from Phloen Chit Intersection to Khlong Saen Saeb, Soi Chidlom, Soi Somkid.

3. Opposite Padbok Restaurant, Samakkee Road.

• From 22:00 on 9 April 2026 to 05:00 on 10 April 2026, closing main water valve, pipe size: 900 PVC.
• Affected areas: Water supply weak to none on odd side of Samakkee Road from Soi Samakkee 19 to Prachachuen Road intersection; even side from Si Rat Expressway to Prachachuen Road intersection.

4. Samsen 4 Pumping Station for equipment maintenance.

• From 22:00 on 9 April 2026 to 05:00 on 10 April 2026, pumping station and water plant shutdown for equipment maintenance.
• No affected areas.

5. Ramkhamhaeng Road.

• From 22:00 on 9 April 2026 to 05:00 on 10 April 2026, cutting water pipe connection, pipe size: 300 AC.
• Affected areas: Ramkhamhaeng Road; water outage from Soi Ramkhamhaeng 60/4 to UOB Bank.

6. Krungthep Kreetha.

• From 22:00 on 9 April 2026 to 05:00 on 10 April 2026, cutting water pipe connection, pipe size: 300 ST.
• Affected areas: Krungthep Kreetha, Krungthep Kreetha 31-41.

7. Along Bangbon 3 Road opposite Rom Sai Soi.

• From 22:00 on 9 April 2026 to 05:00 on 10 April 2026, conducting Step Test, pipe size: 300 PVC.
• Affected areas: Along Bangbon 3 Road opposite Rom Sai Soi to Kornpitak School.

8. Lat Krabang 3.

• From 22:00 on 9 April 2026 to 05:00 on 10 April 2026, cutting water pipe connection, pipe size: 300 PVC.
• Affected areas: Lat Krabang, entrance to Lat Krabang 3 Soi.

9. Along Borommaratchachonnani Road near Asawapichet Soi entrance.

• From 22:30 on 9 April 2026 to 02:30 on 10 April 2026, conducting Step Test, pipe size: 300 PVC.
• Affected areas: Kanchanaphisek Road from Borommaratchachonnani Road to Khlong Mahasawat.

10. Along Watcharaphon Road near Watcharaphon Five-Way Intersection.

• From 23:00 on 9 April 2026 to 03:00 on 10 April 2026, conducting Step Test, pipe size: 400 PVC.
• Affected areas: Watcharaphon Road and Sukhaphiban 5 Road – Sukhaphiban 5 Road (Soi Sirisuk) to Theparak Road Intersection (outbound side); Watcharaphon Road (outbound side from Khlong Chorakhe to Five-Way Intersection); Sakulthong, Narasiri, Chaiphruek housing estates (even side Sois 2-62, odd side Sois 21-55); The Front Watcharaphon housing estate; all Soi Wat Siriphong and its branches.

11. In front of Knightbridge Condominium, Phahonyothin Road.

• From 23:00 on 9 April 2026 to 03:00 on 10 April 2026, conducting Step Test, pipe size: 300 PVC.
• Affected areas: Phahonyothin Road (outbound side) and Chaeng Watthana Road – Chaeng Watthana Road (inbound side) from Bang Bua Canal to Soi Chaeng Watthana 2 and its branches; Phahonyothin Road (outbound side) from Roundabout to Soi Phahonyothin 63; communities along the canal behind MaxValu to communities behind Soi Phahonyothin 63.

12. Mahasawat Pumping Station.

• From 01:00 to 01:30, temporary water pumping suspension to allow MEA maintenance of electrical system at Mahasawat Pumping Station.
• Affected areas: weak water supply in Nonthaburi province in Sai Noi, Bang Bua Thong, Bang Yai, Bang Kruai, Pak Kret districts (only Khlong Khoi, Bang Phlap, Khlong Phra Udom, Bang Tanai, Om Kret, Tha It subdistricts), and Mueang Nonthaburi district (only Sai Ma, Bang Rak Noi, Bang Sri Muang, Bang Phai, Bang Krang subdistricts).

13. Along Bang Khun Non Road Park.

• From 10:00 to 16:00, cutting water pipe connection, pipe size: 300 PVC.
• Affected areas: Bang Khun Non Road, Soi Bang Khun Non 18, 20.

14. Mahanakhon Niwet Village, Vibhavadi 64 Road.

• From 10:00 to 16:00, pipe rupture and leakage, pipe size: 150 PVC.
• Affected areas: Vibhavadi Rangsit 64, water outage from Vibhavadi Rangsit 64 Road, Mahanakhon Niwet Village, Soi Chaeng Watthana 1, Soi Vibhavadi Rangsit 62.

15. Soi Udomdej 6.

• From 10:00 to 16:00, cutting water pipe connection, pipe size: 150 PVC.
• Affected areas: Sukhumvit, Soi Rong Nom, right side, all Soi Mit Maitri.
