The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announced that it is necessary to "shut off power" in Bangkok and Samut Prakan areas on Saturday, 11 April 2026, to develop or maintain the electricity supply system for better efficiency. For safety during the work, MEA must temporarily suspend power supply in several areas as follows:

Power outage on 11 April 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Nawamin Road, Soi Nawamin 22,24, Soi Uthen, and nearby areas from 08:00 to 15:00.
• Along Phitsanulok Road, from Wang Daeng Intersection to Ratchadamnoen Road, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Sukhumvit 71 Road, Soi Pridi Banomyong 15, from 09:00 to 15:00.

Power outage on 11 April 2026 in Nonthaburi areas

• Along Sai Yai-Wat Ton Chueak Road near Soi Ngern Watthana, Village No. 5, and nearby areas from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Along Rewadee Road, from Soi Rewadee 75 to Soi Rewadee 77, from 08:00 to 15:00.
• Along Kaeo In Road, from the entrance of Soi Kaeo In 14 to the end of Soi Kaeo In 14, from 08:30 to 15:00.
