Metropolitan Electricity Authority Announces Power Outage on 12 April 2026 in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority warns of a power outage on 12 April 2026 in areas of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan. At some locations, the MEA must develop or maintain the electrical distribution system to improve its efficiency.

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announced the necessity of a "power outage" in Bangkok and Samut Prakan on Saturday, 11 April 2026, to develop or maintain the electrical distribution system for better efficiency. For safety during the work, MEA will temporarily suspend power supply to several areas as follows.

Power outage on 12 April 2026 in Bangkok area

• Nimmit Mai Road, Soi 3 near Hathaimit traffic light intersection, from 08:30 to 15:30.

Power outage on 12 April 2026 in Nonthaburi area

• Samakkhi Witthaya School Road (Chuea Phudi Upatham) from the area along Lak Khon Canal to Khun Phinit 3 Soi along the upper canal and nearby areas, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Along Sai Yai–Wat Ton Chueak Road from22-meter polenumber 58 to number 54 near Topline Innovation Company Limited and nearby areas from 08:30 to 15:30.

• Along Sukhumvit Road from the Soi of Thai Ambica Company Limited to the Soi of GSC Ram Mix Company Limited from08:00 to 15:30.
