Metropolitan Electricity Authority Announces Power Outages on 14 Apr 2026 in Bangkok and Samut Prakan Areas

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has announced scheduled power outages on 14 Apr 2026 in parts of Bangkok and Samut Prakan. In some locations, MEA needs to improve or maintain the electrical distribution system to enhance efficiency.

Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) Announces the necessity to "cut power supply" in Bangkok and Samut Prakan on Tuesday, 14 Apr 2026, to develop or maintain the electrical distribution system for better efficiency. For safety during the work, MEA must temporarily suspend electricity supply in several areas as follows.

Power outage areas on 14 Apr 2026 in Bangkok

• Along Phetkasem 69 Road near the mouth of Phetkasem 69 Alley, the Thao Maha Phrom Shrine, the water pump station building (near Khlong Thawi Watthana), and other notified locations from 08:30 to 15:30.
  
  
• Vibhavadi Rangsit Road from Soi Vibhavadi 27 (Chalermphrakiat Chulabhorn Road), relocating medium to low voltage power poles and equipment from 08:30 to 14:30.
  
  
• Suwinthawong Road near Soi Suwinthawong 5/3, Ratchaphruek Village, AION showroom, Sutheekarn Yotha Company, and nearby areas from 08:30 to 15:30.

Power outage areas on 14 Apr 2026 in Samut Prakan

• Ueathorn Thepharak 3 Road, near Buildings 17, 18, 19, 20, replacing oil transformer from 08:30 to 15:30.
  
  
• Suksawat Road near Soi Suksawat 51/1 (Ruamtunthai Alley), around MC Siam Logistics Co., Ltd., T. Brawat Co., Ltd., Ruamtunthai Co., Ltd. (selective outage) from 09:00 to 12:00.
  
  
• Phatthana 1 Road in Bang Pu Industrial Estate from Soi 9A to Soi M-2 Export Zone from 08:00 to 15:30.
