Another Perspective on the Orange Cat Biting Owner Causing Bleeding: Confirmed Not the Reason for Train Delay

Another perspective "Orange Cat" bit its owner causing bleeding on the train, confirming it was not the cause of "train delay" but rather due to two locomotive repairs

Regarding the case that went viral online about the incident "orange cat" bitting its owner causing bleeding on the "Bangkok-Aphiwat - Yala" train, believed to be due to extreme heat stress affecting the pet, as previously reported,

Recently, the Facebook pageAttarotposted about the issue of "orange cat" stating, "Update on the orange cat issue and its heatstroke symptoms. According to the news, both the cat and owner are safe.

  • The train was not delayed 7 hours because of the cat but because the train had to undergo two locomotive repairs, taking over 6 hours in total (this time may include waiting at platforms). Because of this, passengers and the cat had to endure the heat on the train for a long period.
  • The orange cat was not aggressive but stressed and suffering heatstroke from the intense heat. When the owner opened the bag to help cool it down, the cat lost control, scratched, and bit out of fear and instinct, then hid under the seat.
  • Then three staff members came to assist in catching the cat because the owner was injured, using a bed sheet to cover and catch the cat within 20 minutes.
  • After capturing the cat, officials cooled it down by lowering its body temperature and calming it, while also giving first aid to the owner.
  • Afterwards, both the owner and the cat were able to continue their journey and reach their destination safely.
  • In addition, during the train repairs, officials distributed drinking water to passengers on board.
  • In summary, both the cat and owner are now safe and have arrived safely at their destination. It is a relief that the cat was cooled down in time and was not in life-threatening danger. To clarify, the cat was not the reason for the train delay."
