The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announced that it is necessary to implement power outages in Bangkok and Samut Prakan on Saturday, 11 April 2026, to improve and maintain the efficiency of the electricity supply system. To ensure safety during operations, MEA will temporarily suspend electricity supply in several areas as follows.

Power outages on 17 April 2026 in Bangkok areas.

• Borommaratchachonnani Road, Sois 43-47 and roadside areas from 08:30 to 13:00.
• Happy Place Road near the plant shop from 09:00 to 13:00.
• Bangna-Trad Road near the entrance to Soi Bangna-Trad 12 from 09:00 to 13:00.
• Pattanakarn 38 Road, The Plant PS55 Village Soi from 09:00 to 10:00.
• Chueamsamphan Road, from the entrance of Soi Chueamsamphan 15 to the middle of Soi Chueamsamphan 15, from 09:00 to 15:00.
• Charoenkrung Road, in front of Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, from 09:00 to 13:00.
