Metropolitan Electricity Authority Announces Power Outage on 18 April 2026 in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan

Check which areas will be affected as the Metropolitan Electricity Authority announces power outages on 18 April 2026 in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan to improve and maintain the efficiency of the electricity distribution system.

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announced that it is necessary to implement power outages in Bangkok and Samut Prakan on 18 April 2026 to develop and maintain the electricity distribution system for better efficiency. For safety during operations, MEA will temporarily suspend electricity supply in several areas as follows.

Power outage on 18 April 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Ramkhamhaeng Road, Ramkhamhaeng Soi 118, Intersection 46-2 / High voltage cable replacement from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Along Chak Phong Road, from Pak Trok Mayom entrance to inside Pak Trok Mayom alley, from 08:00 to 13:00.
• Sukhumvit Road, Sukhumvit Soi 50, Sawasdee 4 intersection from 08:30 to15:30hrs.
• Along Isaraphap Road, from the entrance to Soi Isaraphap 12 to inside Soi Isaraphap 12, from 08:30 to 13:00.
• Liab Nuea Road, in front of Carmart Company, from 08:30 to 10:30.
• Along Watcharaphon Road (odd-numbered side), near Tha Raeng canal bridge by Mu Ma Ruay market up to Lab Chaiyaphum 2 restaurant, from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Along Kanchanaphisek Road, near Kanchanaphisek Soi 12, concrete factory alley beside Phasi Charoen canal, and other notified areas, from 08:30 to 15:30.
