Metropolitan Electricity Authority Announces Power Outage on 18 April 2026 in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan

Check which areas will be affected as the Metropolitan Electricity Authority announces a power outage on 18 April 2026 in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan to improve and maintain the efficiency of the electricity distribution system.

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announced the necessity to conduct a power outage in Bangkok and Samut Prakan on Saturday, 11 April 2026 to enhance and maintain the efficiency of the electricity distribution system. For safety during operations, MEA will temporarily suspend electricity supply in several areas as follows.

Power outage on 18 April 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Ramkhamhaeng Road, Soi Ramkhamhaeng 118, Intersection 46-2 / High-voltage cable replacement from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Along Chakrapong Road, from the entrance of Soi Mayom to inside Soi Mayom from 08:00 to 13:00.
• Sukhumvit Road, Soi Sukhumvit 50, Sawatdee 4 Intersection from 08:30 to15:30hrs.
• Along Itsaraphap Road, from the entrance of Soi Itsaraphap 12 to inside Soi Itsaraphap 12 from 08:30 to 13:00.
• Liab Nuea Road, in front of Carmart Company on Liab Nuea Road from 08:30 to 10:30.
• Along Watcharaphon Road (odd-numbered side), near the Tha Raeng canal bridge on the Moo Ma Ruay market side up to the area near Lab Chaiyaphum 2 restaurant from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Along Kanchanaphisek Road, near Soi Kanchanaphisek 12, concrete factory alley beside Phasi Charoen canal, and those notified of the power outage from 08:30 to 15:30.
