Lawyer Kerdpol explains the case "Rider kicking the gate barrier" after an argument with the village security guard, saying "separate incidents at different times" and points out there is no right to destroy property
Regarding the case from the Facebook fan page"Hia Driving"posted a video clipof "a rider"while exchanging an exit pass after entering the village to deliver food, but had a dispute with the village security guard. The rider then kicked the gate barrier, folding it over to the other side. After the clip was shared, many people commented and expressed opinions.
Most recently, on 18 Apr 2026, Lawyer Kerdpol Kaewkerd posted a message about the issue, stating, "The rider in the video commented to explain to the lawyer that there was a previous incident where the village security guard kept his ID card and lost it, and has not yet returned it. The rider has not gotten a new one made yet.
Regarding the incident in the clip, it arose from an argument about demanding the return of the original ID card. This led to anger and the rider kicking the gate barrier. The lawyer understands that you might be angry because the security guard had kept your ID card previously and has not returned it, claiming it was lost, but these are separate incidents at different times. If you understand the law, you will understand the meaning of 'separate incidents at different times.'"
"If the security guard or the juristic person caused your ID card to be lost and you suffered damages, you can take civil or criminal action for that incident. However, kicking the gate barrier in this incident out of anger over the earlier ID card dispute is not your right, as it is a separate incident. If you don't understand, the court will explain it to you in its judgment."
