On 20 April 2026, the Oil Fund Management Committee approved reducing the oil fund contribution rates for both diesel and gasoline groups, leading to a retail price drop for diesel effective from 5 a.m. on 21 April 2026, aligning with the global oil market's downward trend.
The diesel fuel group reduced compensation rates: B7 diesel compensation lowered by 1.07 baht per liter and B20 diesel by 0.72 baht per liter, resulting in the following retail price decreases.
Meanwhile, the gasoline fuel groupand gasoholalso saw adjustments in their oil fund contribution rates, but retail prices at service stations in thegasoholgroup remain unchanged.
