Progress on the Co-Payment Plus or Thai Help Thai Plus program: Mr. Pradorn Prissanantakul, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, revealed that this round will adjust the payment from a 50:50 split (government 50%, citizens 50%) to a 60:40 split (government 60%, citizens 40%). Whether payments will be made as a lump sum or spread over 4 months is still under consideration.

Eligibility for Co-Payment Plus registration and Thai Help Thai Plus registration

Mr. Pradorn explained the participant qualifications remain the same, as follows:

1. Must be a Thai national

2. Must be at least 18 years old on the registration date

3. Must have a national ID card

4. Must not have had rights suspended or been required to refund money in state projects, including Co-Payment phases 1 through 5

The number of beneficiaries depends on the government budget available. For 20-30 million people, the required funds must be calculated, considering the 13.4 million state welfare cardholders (low-income cardholders) to determine remaining funds for the Thai Help Thai Plus policy.

How to register for "Co-Payment Plus" via the Paotang app

1. Download the Paotang app

2. After installation, open the Paotang app

3. Give consent to manage identity verification data

4. Prepare your ID card and photograph the front of the card for identity verification

5. Check your ID card number and enter your phone number to receive an OTP code

6. Enter the 6-digit OTP received via your mobile phone

7. Fill in the ID card information

8. Choose your identity verification method

In case of verification via Krungthai NEXT account

1. Log in to Krungthai NEXT

2. Enter your Krungthai NEXT PIN code

3. Press the proceed button on the Paotang app

4. Enter the OTP code sent to the phone number linked to Krungthai NEXT

5. Set a PIN code

6. Confirm the PIN code (must use a Krungthai NEXT account with the same ID card number as in the Paotang app)

In case of verification by face scanning

1. Prepare for face scanning

2. Scan your face (this step can be skipped if the phone lacks a camera or it is damaged)

3. Set a PIN code

4. Confirm the PIN code

5. Enable face scan or fingerprint scan functionality

7. Show screens only for consent questions not previously answered (user may agree or disagree)

8. During user data verification, a message "Verifying data" appears on the card

9. Upon successful registration, a wallet card will display as shown to apply for services

Steps to register for Co-Payment Plus or Thai Help Thai rights

• Registration can be done on the government-specified date from 06:00 to 22:00 (awaiting official government announcement)
• Results of registration will be available through the Paotang app
