Metropolitan Electricity Authority Announces Power Outages on 25 April 2026 in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan

Check which areas will be affected as the Metropolitan Electricity Authority announces power outages on 25 April 2026 in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan to enhance and maintain the efficiency of the electricity distribution system.

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has announced that it is necessary to implement power outages in Bangkok on Wednesday, 22 April 2026, to improve and maintain the efficiency of the electricity distribution system. For safety during this work, MEA will temporarily suspend electricity supply in several areas as detailed below.

Power outage areas in Bangkok on 25 April 2026

• Along Assumption 4 Road, from Assumption Road to Phutthamonthon Sai 3 Road; Sirikasem Soi 19, 20, 21, 22, and 8; Saint Louis Marie Church; and areas under the outage announcement from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Along Phutthamonthon Sai 3 Road near Grantwadi Village from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Nuanchan Road, Nuanchan Soi 50, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Bangbon 5 Road, near the Bangbon 5 intersection on Ekachai Road, from 08:30 to 12:00.
• Din Daeng Road, Bos Phra Mae Fatima Soi, from 08:30 to 14:00.
• Suphapburut Road, MEA Thonburi district, including Khunlay Village Pin Klao 2, Srisuriyawong Village, The City Pin Klao Sai 4 Village, and areas along Suphapburut Road to Phutthamonthon Sai 4 Road as per outage notification, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Sukhumvit 77 Road, On Nut Soi 43, 54, and 56, from 08:30 to 16:30.
• Along Sukhumvit Road, from Lactasoy Company Limited to the front of Like Inn Hotel, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Lat Phrao Road, Lat Phrao Soi 43, from 08:30 to 16:30.
• Along Chaengwattana Soi 14 (Muang Thong 1), from the entrance of Chaengwattana Soi 14 on the Muang Thong market side to the mouth of Sri Udom Soi (entire soi), from 08:00 to 14:00.
• Phutthabucha Road, from Kamnan Tharnthip intersection, including Phutthabucha Soi 36 near Lao Chang restaurant, Pukpui Veterinary Clinic, Soi Phutthabucha 37/1, Hi-Progress Meeting Company, Soi Phutthabucha 34, J.S. Tanpao Place Mansion, Bangmod Animal Hospital, Soi Phutthabucha 37, to Soi Phutthabucha 32, Ban Mai Rama 2 - Phutthabucha 1 Village, Centro Rama 2 - Phutthabucha 2 Village, and Wat Phutthabucha School (power off throughout), from 08:00 to 15:30.

Power outages on 25 April 2026 in Samut Prakan

• Along Department of Public Works Road SP 2032 (Saibuai Roi - Saothong Klang), MEA will add an additional power line circuit, from 08:30 to 14:30.
• Kritiya Village Road, including Kritiya Soi 5, 7, and 8, from 08:30 to 14:00.
• Kingkaew Road, in front of ATT U Park project ** MEA will upgrade transformer capacity ** from 08:30 to 13:00.

Power outages on 25 April 2026 in Nonthaburi

• Along Bang Kruai-Sai Noi Road, from the drainage gate behind Nonthaburi School for the Deaf to 7-Eleven at Suan Puthamall (Bang Bua Thong Market), from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Along Bang Kruai-Sai Noi Road, from the PTT gas station at Municipality 9 to Sompoch Motor Shop, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Along Pathum Thani-Bang Len Road (346), from Wat Khlong Khwang Soi to Krua Katak by Khlong Khwang, from 08:30 to 15:30.
