The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has announced a necessary power outage in Bangkok on Tuesday, 28 April 2026, to upgrade and maintain the electricity distribution system for better efficiency. For safety during these operations, MEA will temporarily suspend electricity supply in several areas as detailed below.

Power outage areas in Bangkok on 28 April 2026

• Hathairat Road Soi 37, around the entrance near KFC, 7-Eleven, and adjacent areas, from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Phetkasem Road under the MEA Thonburi district, Soi Phetkasem 84, from 08:45 to 12:00.
• Borommaratchachonnani Road, THE CITY Village in Pinklao, from 08:30 to 15:00.
