Date: 28 April 2026 The Gold Traders Association reported that today’s Thai gold prices in the first session at 09:04 a.m. fell by 200 baht. The gold bar buying price is 71,600 baht per baht weight, selling at 71,800 baht. The gold ornament buying price is 70,160.48 baht, selling at 72,600 baht per baht weight. Check the gold prices today as follows.
Gold price per 1 baht weight Based on the gold weights as follows: gold bar 1 baht weighs 15.244 grams, and gold ornament 1 baht weighs 15.16 grams.
Gold price for 2 salung Or 50 satang gold, buying and selling prices are based on the following weights: gold bar 2 salung weighs 7.622 grams, and gold ornament 2 salung weighs 7.58 grams.
Gold price for 1 salung Buying and selling prices are based on the following weights: gold bar 1 salung weighs 3.811 grams, and gold ornament 1 salung weighs 3.79 grams.
Gold price for half salung Buying and selling prices are based on the following weights: gold bar half salung weighs 1.905 grams, and gold ornament half salung weighs 1.89 grams.
However, these prices do not include the craftsmanship fee, and prices may change according to announcements from the Gold Traders Association. Please check with your gold shop staff again.
Additionally, reporters noted that after the market opened until 11:00 a.m., the Gold Traders Association reported gold prices had fluctuated 4 times.
Most recently, at the 4th update at 09:53 a.m., gold bars bought at 71,550 baht per baht weight, sold at 71,750 baht. Gold ornaments bought at 70,115 baht, sold at 72,550 baht.
