Melai Ratchada Warns Netizens to Beware of Backlash Over Bird One Day Off Hong Kong Trip, Planned in Advance

Melai Ratchada stepped forward to defend 'Bird One Day Off,' warning commenters to be cautious with harsh criticism. She noted that Bird has behind-the-scenes footage because he has learned from many past experiences. The trip to Hong Kong was planned in advance.

On 29 April 2026, after 'Bird One Day Off' posted a video showing him mixing grout powder with water to smear on people instead of talcum powder during the Songkran festival in Phra Pradaeng on Sunday (26 April), he later issued an apology video explaining it was just starch powder, as previously reported.

Recently, Melai Ratchada did a Facebook live to warn netizens who commented critically. She said netizens who accuse Bird should be careful not to embarrass themselves if Bird posts behind-the-scenes clips. Currently, he may be allowing criticism first and then plans to reveal behind-the-scenes footage to counterattack. Bird has made mistakes before and has taken measures to protect himself.

She also mentioned that Bird has a lawyer, and those who post or comment with harsh accusations should beware of being sued. Especially those who repost or extract clips to upload on their own channels for likes and income should be cautious.

Regarding Bird's trip abroad, she said he is not fleeing since this is not a murder case that requires running away. For a drug-related case, there is no need to flee. He planned the trip in advance to make merit, having booked tickets beforehand. The incident happened on Sunday, and he flew abroad on Monday — would that be too soon? Wait for the ticket booking evidence before judging. Ultimately, she believes Bird will not face hardship because he has done many good deeds.
