Farmers can apply for aid under the 2025 Emergency Disaster Relief Fund regulations, with key criteria as follows:

1. Immediately report damage to community leaders or district agricultural officers.
2. Officials conduct damage assessment.
3. After approval, BAAC transfers funds directly to farmers' accounts.
Details on "Rice Field Compensation" available to farmers from the government under the Ministry of Finance's regulations on emergency disaster relief fund 2025, with these main criteria:
1. Farmer registration: Farmers must register or update their registration with the Department of Agricultural Extension before the disaster occurs.
2. Verified damage: Rice fields must be genuinely damaged as surveyed.
3. Location: The area must be within a declared emergency disaster assistance zone.
4. Compensation rate: Rice fields destroyed or damaged beyond recovery receive 1,340 baht per rai, up to 30 rai per household.

There are two ways for farmers to register:
1. Report to officials
For existing farmers with existing plots
1.1 Provide information at any district agricultural office.
1.2 Local administrative organizations that are ready and act as supporting units where the farmer's agricultural area is located.
1.3 Provide information through community leaders, village agricultural volunteer representatives (VAOs), or authorized persons.
New farmers and existing farmers adding new plots can report at the district agricultural office where their agricultural activity is located.
2. Self-registration
2.1 Use the Farmbook Application — for new farmers or existing farmers adding new plots.
2.2 Submit information via the e-Form at efarmer.doae.go.th.
1. National ID card (original).
2. Copy of land ownership documents.
3. New farmers or existing farmers adding new plots must present land use evidence (original or copy).
