Repeated Trouble for Bird Wanwangwa: Faces Computer Crime Act Charges over Crocodile Brand Grout Adhesive

Bird Wanwangwa faces repeated trouble as Crocodile Brand Grout Adhesive plans to file charges under the Computer Crime Act. The product was misused during Songkran celebrations in a way that could cause harm and damage the brand's reputation.

The case involves influencer Mr. Theerawat Srirord, known as Bird Wanwangwa, who created Songkran content in Phra Pradaeng where he used grout adhesive instead of traditional chalk powder, mixing it with water and applying it to the faces of participants. This led to criticism over the inappropriateness of the act. Following this, the team from Gun Jomphalang accompanied the affected parties to file a complaint. The influencer later met with the police and paid a 2,000 baht fine. Authorities also warned Bird Wanwangwa and online content creators to prioritize safety and consider the impact on others to prevent similar incidents in the future, as previously reported.

On 3 May 2026, it was reported that the legal team from Crocodile Corporation Limited, manufacturer of Crocodile Brand Grout Adhesive, will meet with Police Major General Chatchapandakan Klayklung, Deputy Commander of the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau, and investigators at the Cyber Crime Division 2 at Muang Thong Thani. They will file a formal complaint and provide information to support prosecution under the Computer Crime Act against Bird Wanwangwa at 10:00 a.m. on 5 May 2026. This action is due to the misuse of the product in a way that could cause danger and create a negative public image, severely damaging the brand.
