Metropolitan Electricity Authority Announces Power Outages on 6 May in Parts of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announced that it is necessary to carry out power outages in Bangkok on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 to develop and maintain the electrical distribution system for better efficiency. For safety during operations, MEA will temporarily suspend electricity supply in several areas as listed below.

Power outages on 6 May 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Nawamin Road, Soi Rim Khlong Bang Toei, from 09:00 to 15:00.
• Lat Phrao Road, Soi Lat Phrao 74 and 76, from 09:00 to 14:00.
• Charansanitwong Road, Metropolitan Electricity Authority Thonburi area, Soi 46, from 08:30 to 12:00.

Power outages on 6 May 2026 in Nonthaburi area

• Main road of Bang Yai City Village, between the row of shophouses, The Orange Dental Clinic to Kerry Express Bang Yai branch, from 09:00 to 12:00.

Power outages on 6 May 2026 in Samut Prakan area

• Thepharak Road, Soi Srithongsuk, from 08:30 to 14:00.
