Applicant Claims A-Level Scores Were Altered to Zero in TCAS69 System Thai University Presidents Council Quickly Responds and Takes Legal Action

An applicant claimed their A-Level scores were altered to zero in the TCAS69 system, while the Thai University Presidents' Council (ทปอ.) quickly clarified that they had not been contacted as alleged, noted suspicious font use in the score fields, and have filed a complaint to take legal action.

A Facebook user posted a message claiming that the Thai University Presidents' Council (ทปอ.) had modified their A-Level math and English scores in the TCAS69 system to zero. The user expressed deep sadness and uncertainty as they needed these scores to apply for university, with the score change threatening their dream to study medicine at Chulalongkorn University. After the post was widely shared, many commented, pointing out unusual fonts in the score numbers. The post was later deleted.

Regarding this matter, the Thai University Presidents' Council (ทปอ.) recently issued a statement to clarify the facts concerning the applicant's claim of altered A-Level scores in the TCAS69 system. The council urgently investigated and confirmed that the claim is false. There was no communication as alleged (by phone or message) between ทปอ. and the applicant.

Additionally, ทปอ. found irregularities: the posted score images and answer sheets did not match the official records, the fonts used in the score fields differed from those in the real system, and the answers shown on the posted answer sheets did not correspond to the applicant's actual answers.

Currently, ทปอ. has filed a police report and will proceed with legal action against those involved, as the incident affects trust in the university admission system.
