Am Sarochaa Posts Heartfelt Farewell, Says Time Is Short, Nearing Final Stage

"Am" Sarochaa Phonudomsak, a well-known news presenter, posted a heartfelt message saying she has little time left and is approaching her final stage, also taking the opportunity to ask forgiveness from anyone she may have wronged.

On 13 May 2026 GMT+7, it was reported that the Facebook page ofMs. Sarochaa Phonudomsakor Am, the well-known news presenter, posted a message stating, "Many of you may have heard on the program 'Talk About Everything with Sonthi' where he announced that Am has little time left. Now, it truly seems to be nearing the final stage."

Dr. Israng from Yeon Yen Social Enterprise and the team have kindly taken close care of Am, managing her physical condition, easing her pain, and supporting the mental health of Am and her family. Am takes this opportunity to sincerely thank Dr. Israng, Nurse May, and many others who are helping Am pass through this stage peacefully and with as little suffering as medical care can provide.

Am wishes to express deep gratitude to Mr. Sonthi (Sonthi Telling Stories) once again. He is like a second father to Am, teaching, guiding, and holding her hand so she has the strength to reach this point. There are many others Am cannot mention individually; she thanks them all from her heart.

Taking this opportunity, Am asks forgiveness from everyone she may have ever wronged—whether in body, speech, or mind, intentionally or unintentionally—in this life or any other. She asks everyone to please forgive her.

The necklace and image given by my mentors and teachers in 2005 (B.E. 2548) are now worn again as a reminder to keep my mind with the breath, to remain calm and ready to journey onward to the next realm. I ask everyone not to be sad but to rejoice with me as I begin a new chapter with a steady and stronger spirit."

After this post was shared, many people commented with their thoughts, saying, "Am will be a presenter who will always be remembered."
