The National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (NARIT) invites observation of two phenomena "Star Beside the Moon - PanSTARRS Comet" on 14 May 2026

• Star Beside the Moon

Saturn beside the Moon can be observed in the eastern sky around 03:40 AM until dawn

• PanSTARRS Comet C/2025 R3 (PanSTARRS)

in the western sky during early evening; not visible to the naked eye, use binoculars or a telescope for observation.
