Project update “Thai Help Thai Plus” and “State Welfare Card” Registration opens simultaneously on 25 May 2026. Beneficiaries receive 4,000 baht over the entire program, paid in monthly installments of 1,000 baht.

“Thai Help Thai Plus–State Welfare Card” paid in two phases

Regarding the project “Thai Help Thai Plus” The project is divided into two periods to continuously stimulate purchasing power:

• Phase 1 from June to July 2026 provides a total of 2,000 baht over two months, paid as 1,000 baht per month.
  - Those eligible for the co-payment scheme receive 60% from the government and pay 40% themselves.
  - State Welfare Card holders (using existing data of about 13.25 million people) who previously received 300 baht will get an additional 700 baht, totaling 1,000 baht per month for two months, with no co-payment required, available for immediate use.
• Phase 2 from August to September provides a total of 2,000 baht over two months, paid as 1,000 baht per month.  
  - Those in the “Thai Help Thai Plus” program will continue to receive 1,000 baht per month for two months, totaling 2,000 baht.
  - State Welfare Card holders will be re-assessed through new registration to confirm they have an annual income below 100,000 baht to receive 300 baht plus an additional 700 baht from the government, totaling 1,000 baht per month for two months, or 2,000 baht.
  ** If State Welfare Card holders do not meet the criteria, their benefits will be adjusted to match the general co-payment scheme users via the “Paotang” app. **

When to register for “Thai Help Thai Plus–State Welfare Card”

Registration for “Thai Help Thai Plus” and “State Welfare Card” opens from 25 May onward through government-designated channels. All eligible citizens will receive 4,000 baht.

How to register for “Thai Help Thai Plus” via the “Paotang” app

Registration methods for “Thai Help Thai Plus” via the Paotang app are divided into two groups: those who have never received the co-payment scheme benefits and those who have, with the following steps.

For those who have never received co-payment benefits before:

1. Update the Paotang app to the latest version and activate G Wallet.

2. Open the Paotang app and tap the “Thai Help Thai Plus” banner.

3. Accept terms and conditions and confirm registration.

4. Registration results will be notified via the Paotang app notification and SMS within 3 days.

5. Top up G Wallet before using the benefits.

For those who have previously received co-payment benefits:

1. Update the Paotang app to the latest version and activate G Wallet.

2. Open the Paotang app and tap the “Thai Help Thai Plus” banner.

3. Accept terms and conditions and confirm registration.

4. Registration results will be notified via the Paotang app notification.

5. Top up G Wallet before using the benefits.
