The government subsidizes co-payment for food, drinks, goods, and specified services for participants to spend at participating merchants. The program runs from 25 May to 30 September 2026, with details as follows.
Up to 30 million people eligible, meeting the following criteria.
1. Must be a Thai national.
2. At least 18 years old on the registration date.
3. Must hold a national ID card.
4. Must not have been suspended or required to repay funds from previous co-payment schemes including phases 1 through 5 and the Plus phase.
5. Must not be a state welfare cardholder according to the Ministry of Finance database as of 18 May 2026.
