"Thailand Helps Thai Plus" opens registration for "Half-Half" and "State Welfare Card" Check precisely when to register along with the conditions to receive 4,000 baht, with rights starting from 1 Jun 2026 to 30 Sep 2026.



On 19 May 2026, following the Cabinet's approval, the "Thailand Helps Thai Plus" program was launched to overcome the crisis together by combining benefits of the "State Welfare Card" or the "State Welfare Card" (commonly known as the 'poor card') and the "Half-Half Plus" program, with a 60/40 subsidy scheme benefiting over 43 million people to help alleviate living costs amid the crisis.

"State Welfare Card"

Eligibility conditions for benefits "State Welfare Card" or "State Welfare Card" (poor card) has 13.18 million eligible recipients.

  • They receive assistance of 1,000 baht per month, increased from the previous 300 baht by an additional 700 baht, totaling 1,000 baht to reduce household expenses. They receive benefits immediately without registration to purchase consumer goods from Blue Flag shops.
  • The benefit period is from 1 Jun 2026 to 30 Sep 2026.

For new applicants, "State Welfare Card" or "State Welfare Card" (poor card) is currently pending processing; further updates will be provided when available.


The "Half-Half Plus" 60/40 program benefits 30 million people.

  • They receive 1,000 baht per month for four months.
  • Benefits are granted only via the "Pao Tang" application.
  • Registration through the "Pao Tang" app is open from 25-29 May 2026.
  • The usage period is from 1 Jun 2026 to 30 Sep 2026, daily from 06:00 to 23:00.


Eligibility criteria for registering for the Half-Half Plus 60/40 program:

  • Must be 18 years or older on the registration date.
  • Must have a Thai national ID card.
  • Must not already hold a State Welfare Card according to the Ministry of Finance database as of 18 May 2026.
  • Must not have been suspended or required to repay funds from the Half-Half phases 1-5 and the Half-Half Plus program.
