From the "Thai Chua Thai Plus" project aimed at helping citizens affected by the energy crisis caused by the conflict in the Middle East region, alleviating expenses and preserving citizens' purchasing power
It also helps business operators generate income from selling goods and services, enabling them to continue their careers or businesses. The government supports co-payment for food, beverages, goods, and specified services for participants in the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) program, to be used with participating business operators under the same program (60/40).
1. Must be a Thai national
2. Must be at least 18 years old on the registration day
3. Must hold a national ID card
4. Must not have been suspended or required to repay funds by the NESDC under state programs including (1) Half-Half Phase 1 (2) Half-Half Phase 2 (3) Half-Half Phase 3 (4) Half-Half Phase 4 (5) Half-Half Phase 5 and (6) Half-Half Plus
5. Must not be a State Welfare Cardholder according to the Ministry of Finance database as of 18 May 2026
Citizens register via the "Paotang" app from 25 to 29 May 2026, between 06:00 and 22:00
