Opening registration steps "Thai Chua Thai Plus" via the app "Paotang" for those who previously participated in the program "Khon La Khrueng Plus" Registration starts from 25 May to 29 May 2026
Following the Cabinet meeting, the government approved the project "Thai Chua Thai Plus" to overcome the crisis together, aiming to assist people affected by the energy crisis caused by the Middle East conflict by easing expenses and maintaining purchasing power.
It also helps business operators earn income from selling goods and services to sustain their livelihoods or businesses. The government supports co-payments for food, beverages, products, and designated services for participants in the "Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40)" program to spend at participating merchants.
This assistance will help over 43 million people, divided into vulnerable groups through the State Welfare Card system (the poor card) with 13.18 million people, and about 30 million general public rights holders without welfare cards. The general public can register for the "Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40)" program via the Paotang app, with registration open from 25 to 29 May 2026, between 06:00 and 22:00.
