How to Register for Thai Chua Thai Plus via the Pao Tang App for Those Who Have Never Joined Khon La Khrueng Plus

Instructions for registering for the project "Thai Chua Thai Plus" via the app "Pao Tang" for those who have never participated in the project "Khon La Khrueng Plus"

Following a Cabinet meeting, the government approved the project "Thai Chua Thai Plus" to overcome the crisis together. The objective is to assist people affected by the energy crisis caused by the conflict in the Middle East region by alleviating expenses and maintaining purchasing power.

This aid will support over 43 million people, divided into vulnerable groups through the State Welfare Card mechanism (the "poor people's card") covering 13.18 million people, and the general public (those without the welfare card) about 30 million rights. The general public can register for the "Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40)" program through the Pao Tang app, with registration open from 25 to 29 May 2026, between 06:00 and 22:00.

Eligibility criteria for registration in Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40):

1. Must be a Thai national

2. Must be at least 18 years old on the registration date

3. Must have an identification card

4. Must not have had rights suspended or been required to return funds in government programs including (1) Khon La Khrueng, (2) Khon La Khrueng Phase 2, (3) Phase 3, (4) Phase 4, (5) Phase 5, and (6) Khon La Khrueng Plus.

5. Must not be a State Welfare Card holder as per the Ministry of Finance database as of 18 May 2026.

Timeline for the Thai Chua Thai Plus project:

From today onward,

• install and register on the Pao Tang app and activate the G Wallet service.

On 25 May 2026,

• registration opens for the public to join the program via the Pao Tang app daily from 06:00 to 22:00.

On 29 May 2026,

• public registration via the app closes.

On 1 June 2026,

• beneficiaries can start using their rights under the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) program daily from 06:00 to 23:00.

On 15 June 2026,

• food delivery services rights begin daily from 06:00 to 21:00.

On 30 September 2026,

• the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) project ends.

Steps to register for the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) project through the Pao Tang app (for those who have never joined Khon La Khrueng Plus):

1. Open the Pao Tang app and select the project banner. Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40)

2. Read the project details and conditions, then press the "Register" button.

3. Check eligibility; results will be notified via SMS and app notifications within 3 days.

• If eligible, a notification will appear in the Pao Tang app.
• The message will confirm the right to benefits and the start date; then press the "Confirm" button.

4. Open the Pao Tang app, select the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) banner; the main project page will display your available benefits.
