Student Loan Fund Requests Over 5,200 Employers to Begin Salary Deductions for Borrowers Starting May 2026

The Student Loan Fund requests cooperation from over 5,200 employers to start deducting loan repayments from borrowers' salaries beginning May 2026 and to submit payments by 15 June 2026.


On 21 May 2026, it was reported thatthe Student Loan Fund(SLF) requests cooperation from more than 5,200 employers who will begin salary deductions and submit repayments through the Revenue Department's loan repayment system (e-PaySLF) starting May 2026. Employers can register for seminars on the SLF website to ensure compliance with the law.

SLF announces it has sent letters to over 5,200 employers with employees who are loan borrowers, asking them to begin deducting salaries to repay the SLF through the Revenue Department's loan repayment system (e-PaySLF). The deductions and repayments will start from May 2026 onward.

Employers are requested to submit payments by 15 June 2026 and thereafter by the 15th of every month. Borrowers with outstanding debts before salary deductions begin are asked to settle their arrears promptly on their own.

To ensure legal compliance, SLF invites employers to register for seminars to learn details, procedures, and how to use the e-PaySLF system via the website.www.studentloan.or.thFor further inquiries, employers can contact the official Line account “SLF Employer Organization.”
